Despite my losing against clwyd alyn, i have a lot of issues wich i would like to re address, one being the E/H reports which states historical dampness hall front room etc,letter to the court of a previous tenant who was moved in 1986 becuase of damp.
Reports done by clwyd alyn stating no damp proof course or tanking system in place, and no drainege system in place ,despite me asking wrexham council for the plans it appears they can not find them [surprise] .under cp102 and bs8102 requring dpc.
Several properties was visted by joanne seymour E/H wrexham council and again damp was noticed,why do we have the hhsrs housing act 2004 wales 2006 in place, clwyd alyn simpley rehouse then rehouse regardless of health.
If i was living in a old house with only slade for damproof course and one cold water tap and an outside toilet which jo seymour was invoved in, and put an order on the house as unfit despite the tenants living in the house for40 odd years and this was there way of life and they knew nothing else , then why cant the E/H do anything about the conditions which we have to live in, a report was done for the E/H in the 1980 regarding black spot mould.
Why i lost the case was i did not let clwyd alyn in to do the work, its all lies.
A kit was given to me and i refused to use it,my walls was wet all the time so how can the chemicals dry, advice of the manufactures states do not sleep in the room, where used,until completley dry.
Well as i have said there are certain issues one being the european commission on child rights,we as adults have to look after them,how can we as parents do this when all i see are big bully boys, whos only concern is rents.
Even if this takes me 10 or 20 years to resovle i can assure every one concerned i shall carry on and show the world how we live, despite regulations which are to protect us and our children are not doing so.
I shall be contacting clwyd alyn of my intentions to lodge an appeal through other channels.

Since xmas is upon us very soon,
This will be a very short blog , i lost my court case against clwyd alyn, regarding damages.
In the usa black spot mould is seen as the new blue asbestoes, sunderland uni and a few others done a report for the E/Health and the government in the 1980s,theres somewhere in the region of 28.000 kinds of black spot mould and thousands more not yet named [wow] be being socialy excluded for a short while have found the court system to be totally behind my capability, me against a barrister, i got no hope in hell.
My air vents was blocked, a leak under the bath, no dpc no tanking system in place behind my flat, my flat at the back being under ground on the back wall.There is nothing to stop water from getting in my flat and causing condensation etc.
I do feel very strong on allowing my son who was born in the flat to breath this black spot mould through is lungs, E/H in there letters, IT is historical dampness etc , but still i lost.
I feel only option is the european courts on human rights, on certain issues.

EMPOWERMENT/CLWYD ALYN

Well it does seem i do owe my appoliges to clwyd alyn.Within our society groups that have been over funded and over spend, with no real outcome to our communitys [you no who you are].
Communitys being socailly excluded from certain projects,which the programes that are and still runing for our communitys benift are not doing what they should be, lets hope communitys next 2009 might have fresh faces new ideas.
It does appear clwyd alyn have various projects on the go in rhyl ,wrexham,etc, i see this has a very good way forward in empowering those in need, certain departments should be doing these, clwyd alyn on certain projects are very good,despite my own personall agendas i shall be talking with clwyd to praise them on certain projects,we have a meeting 20 november with C/A and the youth of our estates these seem to be going very good so far.
there is so much injustice in this world i feel our arms and legs are roped from birth, i feel the only way forward is to work with C/A on these projects.

Registered social landlords/ by the back door

Housing assocations i have found by out, are liers,firstley we have the meetings, a lot is talked about but nothing is ever done, 47% breached government rent guidlines for 2001/2, my rent is well above what the WAG set out,is any thing ever done,we have one light by my house my daughter raised this some time a go she is 8, this one light costs each tenant £7 a week but i do get my grass cut maybe twice a year. housing assocations are nothing but white collars, high rents to fund there egos and big houses and cars, belive me i have driven past three houses owned by clwyd alyn people [very nice].
I see the transfer stock nothing more than a back door,they are apowewrfull oppressive force within our communitys.
Sir gerald Kaufman labour MP said someof thier relationships with tenants are very poor,thier record on repairs is terrible and he goes on.
the only thing housings assocations are good at is, Explotation, commercialism,witch will lead to Greed and corruption witch i have seen first hand,totall disregard to any Law or housing acts and work very closeley with thier Local E/Health, for there own benifit not the tenants,all they are, the lot of them including the E/H are on high salaries, take tynside the estates are so run down,the council say the only option is privatisation is the best way forward, yet the council have amassed £4 million war chest[next elections]. the same is happening in wrexham all over the country, who and what and why is this happening ,i tell you, becuase they all piss in the same pot,no one will speak out, i have been hounded by certain bodies for what i belive in and speak out for a lot of folk,i HAVE EMPOWERED A LOT OF TENANTS TO SAY enough is enough.new labour new you but where do we start gordon.

Wrexham council vist/09/11/07

Oh dear it appears that if a fortune teller tells me i am going to win the lottery i must inform wrexham revenue department [Housing benifit] of the future. Im being investigated for allegedley owning properties,my mother passed away seven weeks ago,and wrexham council want to no everything,well probate has not even been granted as of yet, the will not being read. so can i assume i have upset some one in wrexham council or are they just to democratic and have no feelings or remorse for there actions,why is this world full of hatred, i have to give them answers, well i thought there informer had the clues, im afraid if i had a pot to piss in then i would tell wrexham council of the above,in the mean time i can assure you when i have i shall piss in it and deliver it personally to wreham council, I INFORMED THE DOLE of my being investigated of the above on the 10th, just in case they would like to knock on my door.

Im afraid i shall have to wait and see if they are going to stop my rent, i do hope they have just cause in doing so, becuase if i get evicted i shall take legall advice and persue what is right, im afraid i do, no who this information has come of [nice try] and you are going to get it back twice has hard.

Has i have bloged on about befor, Maesdre community centre, The night shelter will sleep 30 odd homeless people,well that nice that the council care and clwyd alyn[40.000 min] so far, hey wait a minute why are the council removing the OAPS only place to go, well i tell you MONEY WEALTH, CAPITALISM, society have used these folk and dont really matter any more.heartless gutless and liars are what this country is full of, i see this as unfair and unjust. CLWYD ALYN HAVE A VERY LARGE OFFICE BLOCK on grovesnor road wrexham for sale, why dont they use that, that could sleep in the region of a 100 homeless folk, hey but that not playing the game of capitalism, and no one gets any money out of it, and i thought clwyd alyn was a caring assocation well its not.

plas power/rock climbing

Last night 25/10/07 our local PCOS,[police]12 young persons to plas power for 2 hours of rock climbing the event was very good we allso manged to get 4 volunters, being parents . even though it is less than 2 miles away none of the kids knew it was there,Ian who runs it was very good with us lot and had the time to show us adults, not kids how to do the ropes, kids got the hang of it straight away, this was a very good idea on ollie [pcos] behalf,since we are not a part of communitys first [excluded] yet the sign at the bottom of the hill says BRYNTEG, that makes no sense to me. any way the young persons loved it and a team effort was had by all

I have just been reading the consultation papers on housing etc, regarding housing assocations and what they have to compley with, well i have read the welsh quality standards as well, if the government is to publish these and make law wich some of them are why is it that no one is listing to its tenants and there concerns rather than consultatios with housing assocations who in my belive are all Liars and capatilists money befor Health, have a look at the HHSRS housing act 2004 in force wales 2006, that one is the best yet, for two years i have been complaing to the E/H Wrexham jo seymour, D.Tongs[since left] of my concerns and indeed did inspect some property but have not been back since despite me phoneing them and faxes to them.

A lot of property in my view fall under section 11 1985 housing actr and the new HHSRS act but they just do not care,im sure with all these housing acts around they do have the power to inforce upon clwyd alyn the closure of such properties, not likely, i was looking at a flyer of clwyd alyn and mrs Tongs works for clwyd alyn is this D.Tongs [X Wrexham E/H]wife,MMM. I DO WONDER.Why have we these Laws ,to me and i have read endless reports consultation papers etc,it appears they are worthless, no one is listing to central government, WHAT DOES IT TAKE FOR SOMEONE TO LISTEN, A CHILD DEAD THROUGH POOR HOUSING,DAMP CONDENSATION the list goes on and on. Night Shelter/Homeless/O.A.P

I have just learned that clwyd alyn housing assocation part of the pennaff group have just gained £40.000 min a year just to keep a night shelter 30 beds, open during the winter, well ST johns has 11 beds and is open all year round.St johns is to close arond xmas, Wrexham council have given clwyd alyn, Maesegyn hall, well that all nice and dandy for them, have wrexham council not thought for one minute of the O.A.P.S who only get out maybe once a week and injoy there Bingo and card games, the oaps have had no say in these matters which concern them, is this not a democrtic society, or a very oppresed society, we have very little say in cental government, but im sure we must have some belive in our councillers or they would not be voted in,do share your thoughts on that one[ jobs for the boys, keeps ringing in me ears] what has happened to our communitys, they are breaking up at a fast rate by under handed dealings. Clwyd alyn would be far better of in leaving things well alone, there housing is some what to be looked at.
Clwyd alyn are starting there own youth forum, quick get the money and run lads, befor they get it for a project that will im sure will fail,leave the youth forums to the youth service, with the closure of our youth clubs it needs our help, once the land is sold of the money is not injected in to the youth service but into the council.mm,. on another note did you no 11 million is spend on nibbles for our M.P.S in london, well i hope there fair trade,which there is no such think.

Clwyd alyn have well and trully lived up to there name,i complained about damp in all seven familys have come forward,some have moved through clwyd alyn,but as soon has the tenants have been moved it appears clwyd alyn rehouse young people and kids in these flats with the hope no one realise[am i stupid or what] i have informed E/H wrexham,Karen sinclair W.A.G that this is happening, E/H wrexham said if no one phone them then they will not no of any problem.well im on clwyd alyn tenants panel and im speaking out for all the injustice being done regarding health issues.It appears there are about 80,000 mold species that have been identified and named and 1,5 million species not named but some of these do not thrive inside a building, why do we have the E/H, it appears they are not upholding any central government laws regarding the effects of mold and condensation, H.H.S.R.S HOUSING ACT. I HAVE FOR 2 YEARS BEEN SHOUTING AND talking to various bodys, this is not good enough, you should all be sacked and face a shooting squad, you would not live in these conditions, so why you letting it happen,the internet is a world of information, but it appears some folk , must be using 2 cans with rope to communicate.i shall very shortly having a forum meeting with every single person with a damp problem and i shall send my findings to the relevent bodies it appears i have been to every organisation in this country,watch this space, This i call orgainised anti social behavoir by the powers that be.

PCOS

Guardian 17/10/07 regarding youth workers at this time are working with the police in essex and will be going wide spread later on.I think this is a very good move,our local pcos are doing good work in our community,we have been told we are not in commiuties first,urban 11. yet we only 2 minutes walk from the community house. it looks like red tape again. we are doing our own forum of our own.
I might and just might go back to NEWI, i was going 3 years a go do peace studies and internattional affairs,i give that a miss, i think we need to sort this country out first.

county court/human rights

I was in court 12/10/07, against a local landlord for section11 1985 housing act, im wondering why it is allways me,or do folk just do not or realise what conditions they live in,and do not no how or who to complain to,

What is the H.H.S.RS 2004,wales 2006,it appears our local council who are so liberal democrtic it does not matter,if any one from the council would like a meeting with me i be only to happy to show the human errors in social housing.And of course your lack of involvment in protecting the people of wrexham.does any one no what a pace act is,i do,it appears some folk in wrexham do not.

Im really happy and a lot of tenants are that the council transfer is not going to housing assocations, they can not even look after the housing they got allready.

iN THIS DAY AND AGE ARE WE EXCLUDED FROM DECENT HOUSING,well i lived in a flat for nearly 2 years, this pic is but one of many,all the walls ex kitchen was like this furniture even worse,i was simpley given a Damp kit to do it myself, well does this kit contain lindain is it safe to use,well acording to the supplers is water based.So is the atom bomb and wow look how many folk that killed,harmless citzens. i refused to use it and good job i did the supplers state and i have email to prove it ,you should not sleep in the room until it is dry and the top coat applied,why that then, well it bad for your lungs and young children, ah that ok you live in a clwyd alyn flat,im not the only one it appears several tenants have the same problem ,there answer is move the tenants out and rehouse some one again, that happened 2 weeks ago, a couple moved becuase of damp and guess what a young girl with an 11 month old child been rehoused in the same flat, how can this be so, i tell you becuase folk are all to pleased to get a flat or house of there own, and has noam chomsky said they dont even no what they dont no.any why i must smile i went to the vic youth club wrexham with some travellers kids,jason made us all welcome and i must admit im a crap snooker player,but they no how to get on the internet after i empowered them a little bit. it was really good that i made somebodys afternoon better for them,and it cost nothing.All i see is over payed workers who cant do a thing yet i did and for nothing some one please tell me what is going on

Well i was talking to a friend who said shall i go back to newi,mm,well i recived no education as such and found out newi the first time was not for me,there ideas are not to be questioned well i have been told wait for it,it all changed,namely youth and community,last time i was there i found the lectures very rude arrogant and only favored the chosen few,,your thoughts and ideas do not count,All my life i have found social exclusion all round me.
