Has i have bloged on about befor, Maesdre community centre, The night shelter will sleep 30 odd homeless people,well that nice that the council care and clwyd alyn[40.000 min] so far, hey wait a minute why are the council removing the OAPS only place to go, well i tell you MONEY WEALTH, CAPITALISM, society have used these folk and dont really matter any more.heartless gutless and liars are what this country is full of, i see this as unfair and unjust. CLWYD ALYN HAVE A VERY LARGE OFFICE BLOCK on grovesnor road wrexham for sale, why dont they use that, that could sleep in the region of a 100 homeless folk, hey but that not playing the game of capitalism, and no one gets any money out of it, and i thought clwyd alyn was a caring assocation well its not.

plas power/rock climbing

Last night 25/10/07 our local PCOS,[police]12 young persons to plas power for 2 hours of rock climbing the event was very good we allso manged to get 4 volunters, being parents . even though it is less than 2 miles away none of the kids knew it was there,Ian who runs it was very good with us lot and had the time to show us adults, not kids how to do the ropes, kids got the hang of it straight away, this was a very good idea on ollie [pcos] behalf,since we are not a part of communitys first [excluded] yet the sign at the bottom of the hill says BRYNTEG, that makes no sense to me. any way the young persons loved it and a team effort was had by all

I have just been reading the consultation papers on housing etc, regarding housing assocations and what they have to compley with, well i have read the welsh quality standards as well, if the government is to publish these and make law wich some of them are why is it that no one is listing to its tenants and there concerns rather than consultatios with housing assocations who in my belive are all Liars and capatilists money befor Health, have a look at the HHSRS housing act 2004 in force wales 2006, that one is the best yet, for two years i have been complaing to the E/H Wrexham jo seymour, D.Tongs[since left] of my concerns and indeed did inspect some property but have not been back since despite me phoneing them and faxes to them.

A lot of property in my view fall under section 11 1985 housing actr and the new HHSRS act but they just do not care,im sure with all these housing acts around they do have the power to inforce upon clwyd alyn the closure of such properties, not likely, i was looking at a flyer of clwyd alyn and mrs Tongs works for clwyd alyn is this D.Tongs [X Wrexham E/H]wife,MMM. I DO WONDER.Why have we these Laws ,to me and i have read endless reports consultation papers etc,it appears they are worthless, no one is listing to central government, WHAT DOES IT TAKE FOR SOMEONE TO LISTEN, A CHILD DEAD THROUGH POOR HOUSING,DAMP CONDENSATION the list goes on and on. Night Shelter/Homeless/O.A.P

I have just learned that clwyd alyn housing assocation part of the pennaff group have just gained £40.000 min a year just to keep a night shelter 30 beds, open during the winter, well ST johns has 11 beds and is open all year round.St johns is to close arond xmas, Wrexham council have given clwyd alyn, Maesegyn hall, well that all nice and dandy for them, have wrexham council not thought for one minute of the O.A.P.S who only get out maybe once a week and injoy there Bingo and card games, the oaps have had no say in these matters which concern them, is this not a democrtic society, or a very oppresed society, we have very little say in cental government, but im sure we must have some belive in our councillers or they would not be voted in,do share your thoughts on that one[ jobs for the boys, keeps ringing in me ears] what has happened to our communitys, they are breaking up at a fast rate by under handed dealings. Clwyd alyn would be far better of in leaving things well alone, there housing is some what to be looked at.
Clwyd alyn are starting there own youth forum, quick get the money and run lads, befor they get it for a project that will im sure will fail,leave the youth forums to the youth service, with the closure of our youth clubs it needs our help, once the land is sold of the money is not injected in to the youth service but into the council.mm,. on another note did you no 11 million is spend on nibbles for our M.P.S in london, well i hope there fair trade,which there is no such think.

Clwyd alyn have well and trully lived up to there name,i complained about damp in all seven familys have come forward,some have moved through clwyd alyn,but as soon has the tenants have been moved it appears clwyd alyn rehouse young people and kids in these flats with the hope no one realise[am i stupid or what] i have informed E/H wrexham,Karen sinclair W.A.G that this is happening, E/H wrexham said if no one phone them then they will not no of any problem.well im on clwyd alyn tenants panel and im speaking out for all the injustice being done regarding health issues.It appears there are about 80,000 mold species that have been identified and named and 1,5 million species not named but some of these do not thrive inside a building, why do we have the E/H, it appears they are not upholding any central government laws regarding the effects of mold and condensation, H.H.S.R.S HOUSING ACT. I HAVE FOR 2 YEARS BEEN SHOUTING AND talking to various bodys, this is not good enough, you should all be sacked and face a shooting squad, you would not live in these conditions, so why you letting it happen,the internet is a world of information, but it appears some folk , must be using 2 cans with rope to communicate.i shall very shortly having a forum meeting with every single person with a damp problem and i shall send my findings to the relevent bodies it appears i have been to every organisation in this country,watch this space, This i call orgainised anti social behavoir by the powers that be.
